We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations.
Should you need to return an item, please notify us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order. It must be returned to us within 30 days. To arrange a return, call us at 954 967 1512 or email-us. Please provide your name and reference number. Our customer service department will provide you a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany any returned items.
Returned items are subject to a 25% stocking fee. All shipping and insurance costs of the original order, the returned item(s), and any exchanged item(s), are the responsibility of the customer. These costs apply unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received the item in error. We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including the following:
Any item that has been used.
Any item that is not in its original condition.
Any item that is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number.
